if you wanna do art trades you can just ask people for that instead yk /lh

why do i keep seeing whole videos on advice for artfight from “veterans” or whatever. here’s all the advice you need:

you don’t need to draw every day

you don’t need to fully render every drawing, sketches still count and the person receiving it will still love it

you don’t need a fully polished ref sheet for every single character, having a basic one or even just a colour palette along with whatever other art you’ve done works fine in most cases

you don’t need to draw a fully rendered piece every single day do not burn yourself out or injure yourself for funny little internet points good lord

#again. did not realise anyone gave a shit about revenges #i go in with zero expectations and then if i get art back it��s a nice pleasant surprise #and if i don’t then oh well #i think i’ve only done one or two revenges #honestly i think if u attack ppl with characters that have a similar vibe to yours they’re probably more likely #to attack back #because you’re giving them something that already fits a vibe they like #idk though i’m actually not super experienced with artfight #this post is mostly common sense
